Jacqueline R. (Mees) Winters born on October 28, 1926 passed away after battling cancer in the Erie County Care Facility on May 6, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ron Winters; parents, Florence and William Mees; brother, Lamont Mees; and sister, Phyllis (Wilfred) Siegel.
She is survived by a daughter, Caroline (Ron) Schweinfurth; sons, Michael Fedele, William Fedele and Terry (Carol) Mees; grandchildren Marcus (Angela) Schweinfurth, Leslie Schweinfurth, Missy Mees, Lisa Danos, Laura Fedele; great grandson, Tyler Mees; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Cremation will take place at the request of the deceased. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory are handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice Services 1200 Sycamore Lane, Sandusky, OH 44870.
