Eileen Leffler age 78 of Clyde passed away Saturday, August 24, 3013 at her home.

She was born October 16, 1934 in Millersville the daughter of the late Bernard & Mary Lillian (Cornelius) Nieset. She was a 1952 graduate of Clyde High School.
She married Donald E. Leffler on May 18, 1957 at St. Mary's in Clyde, he preceded her in death on November 26, 2004.

Eileen was a loving homemaker. She was a very active member of St. Mary's Parish in Clyde and the Altar Rosary Society. Eileen will be remembered for freely volunteering her time and talents to her church. Her life revolved around her family and her church especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her son; Gerald Leffler of Alvada, daughters; Janet Leffler of Clyde, Deanna (Matthew) Tornow of Troutville, VA, LuAnn Leffler of Roanoke, VA, Denise "Dee" (Rudy) Benz of Daleville, VA, greatly loved by her grandchildren; Brandy, Nicole, Josh, Jacob, Katie, Christopher, David Kevin, Adam, Zachry, Ciara, Jonas, brother; Gerald (Mary Alice) Nieset of Clyde, sisters; Margaret (Richard) Karr of Clyde, Eulalia (Jim) Grady of Snellville, GA, Laurene (Vincent) Golembiowski of Clyde and Elizabeth Raths of Clyde.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brothers Norbert and Donald Nieset.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 2 -4 & 6- 8 pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde where a Christian Wake service will be at 2 pm. The Funeral Mass will be Wednesday at 10:30 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 609 Vine St, Clyde. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
