Fae M. (Baker) Fife

Fae M. (Baker) Fife, 80, of Norwalk, Ohio and formerly of North Fairfield, Ohio, died Sunday, September 29, 2013 in her home.

She was born January 30, 1933 in Willard, Ohio and was a lifelong area resident.

Fae attended North Fairfield High School and was a member of the Fitchville United Methodist Church. She was a former employee of Rotary Printing Company, West Baking Company, Norstat, Inc. and had worked at the Faulhaber Company in Monroeville, Ohio for 14 years. Fae retired from the North Fairfield Legion in 1995. She enjoyed camping, gardening, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and especially enjoyed being with her family.

She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Bruce A. and Vicky Baker of Green Bay, Wisconsin, by her daughters and sons in law, Becky L. (Penrose) and Richard E. Rogers of Huron, Ohio and Deana M. and Mark Claubaugh of Sandusky, Ohio, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, 6 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren. Fae is also survived by her sister and brother in law, Erma and Raymond Ross of Norwalk, Ohio, and Franklin and Vicki Craig of North Fairfield, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Fife, in 1999.

Friends may call on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio where funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Roger Shelly-Watts, Pastor of the Huron United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in North Fairfield Cemetery.
