Edward L. Moman, 63, of Norwalk, Ohio, died Monday, January 6, 2014 in his home.

He was born February 16, 1949 in New London, Ohio and was a lifelong area resident.

Eddie was a graduate of New London High School where he set several sporting records. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam, and was a former employee of Janesville Products for 28 years. Eddie was a life member of the Freedom Christian Fellowship Church, and a life member of Firelands Post #2743 Veterans of Foreign Wars, where he was a member of the funeral honor guard. He enjoyed watching and playing sports, dancing, and visiting veterans.

Eddie is survived by his son, Chad Stephens (Sara Seville) of Norwalk, Ohio, by his grandchildren, Krystion, Lexys, Emanee, Taitum Kamden, Rowien, and Justis, by his Aunt, Rosetta Parish of Lorain, Ohio, by his friends, Gerry Blystone, Sandra Moman, William, Curtis Boyd, Richard and Marlene Burger, and Phyllis Martin, and many cousins.

Friends may call on Monday, January 13, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. Inurnment with military graveside services will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
