Steven Perry

Steven Perry, 73, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 in the Stein Hospice Care Center.

He was born January 11, 1941 in Wheelwright, Kentucky to the late Green and Lydia (Caudill) Perry.

Steve enjoyed working on cars and trucks at Rt. 2 Auto Service, especially his 1975 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. He also had a passion for collecting vintage watches and knives, going to flea markets, listening to Elvis, country music, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family. Steve was a member of Eagles Aerie #711 and Car Coddlers Antique Car Club.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Sandra R. (Edwards) Perry of Norwalk, Ohio; by his daughters, Melissa McGraw (Richard) of Knox, Tennessee, Shelbi Kennedy (Larry) of Arlington, Tennessee, and Heather Perry of Vermilion, Ohio; by his sons, Michael Perry (Laura) of Columbus, Ohio, Steven Perry (Amy) of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, and Andrew Perry of Vermilion, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

Steve is also survived by his brothers, John Perry of Hindman, Kentucky, Henry Perry (Patty) of Hindman, Kentucky, and Daniel Perry (Joan) of Norwalk, Ohio; by his sisters, Ethel Hall (Marvin Homan) of Greenwich, Ohio, Ruth Tuttle of Greenwich, Ohio, Betty Schindler (Karl) of Hindman, Kentucky, Esther Gibson (Orbin) of Pinetop, Kentucky, Barbara Puckett of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, Judy Hicks (Donnie) of Salem, Indiana, and Lillie Margaret Lewis (Hershel) Of Willard, Ohio.

Friends may call on Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. Rev. Amy Little, Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Monroeville, Ohio, will officiate. Inurnment will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst, Ohio.
