Leon Craig McCoy, age 58, of Norwalk, died Friday, June 20, 2014 at Twilight Gardens Home after a lingering illness.
He was born March 14, 1956 in Akron, Ohio.
He served in the US Army and was a good hearted soul. He loved being with his family and friends, enjoyed fishing, camping and playing with his dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine M. (Buslawich) McCoy of Norwalk; children, Michael T. McCoy of Norwalk, Marie (Josh) Obergas of Cleveland and Jamie McCoy of Little Rock, AK; Mother, Florence Cooper of Edison; brothers, Ross (Judy) McCoy of Edison, OH and Thomas (Deborah) McCoy of Mineral Wells, WV; step-children, Steven (Leslie) Gadowski of Cuyahoga Falls, Greg (Elizabeth) Gadowski of Boston Heights and Colleen Gadowski of Chicago; grandchildren, Elayna, Elissa, Preston, Kennady and Skyler.

A memorial service will be held Thursday at 3:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
