Christine Timman (Mei Mei Tam) passed peacefully, on May 5th, 2015 at UT Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, with her family at her side.
Born in Hong Kong, she represented her home country in the 1969 Miss Universe Pageant as Miss Hong Kong.
She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and granddaughters, family gatherings, attending sporting events and traveling to visit friends in California and Michigan. Christine was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and often made the trip to Cleveland with her daughter and son to catch the action.
She will be sorely missed by all those who have had the opportunity to be part of her life.
She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Sonja Ward (Timman) and Jason Ward, her son Robert Stephen (Steve) Timman, her granddaughters, Mia Ward, Sophia Ward and Olivia Ward, remaining family in Hong Kong and many , many friends and acquaintances.
There will be no visitation or service. Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main St., Norwalk, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
