Fred C. Beerck, 55, of Sandusky passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at his residence.
He was born to Donald and Eileen (Bickley) Beerck on September 19, 1960, which was his father's twenty ninth birthday.
He was a 1978 graduate of Sandusky High School. Fred has worked at Diversified Services, Inc. (DSI) and the Ford Motor Company. Recently, Fred took great pleasure in volunteering, by helping others with transportation and assistance at Cancer Services in Sandusky. Fred had great pride for Sandusky and was a regular participant with the Clean Sandusky organization during clean up days. He was a member of Faith Memorial Church, Sandusky.
He is survived by his father, Donald C. Beerck of Sandusky; two sisters, Sue (Dean) Blatnik of Sandusky and Sharon (Steve) Woodburn of Huron; two brothers, Brian (Jeanette) Beerck of Fountain Valley, CA and Chuck Beerck of Arlington, TX; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eileen M. Beerck in 1998.
Friends may call Friday, December 18, 2015 from 4-7:00 PM in the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky where memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 19, 2015. Pastor Kenneth Hiser will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Services of Sandusky, 505 E. Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 or the donor's favorite charity.
