Lizette "Betty" Ehrhardt (Cheatham)

Our beloved Mom, Nana, Sister, Aunt, and Friend passed away at home on March 13th. Her beloved husband John, passed away only 12 days prior. She died of a broken heart and went to be with the love of her life in Heaven. These two were truly inseperable, and their love for one another was the true definition of what love is. They were and are now, a match made in Heaven.

Lizette "Betty" Ehrhardt (Cheatham), age 62, was born January 4, 1954. She went to school at Perkins, and then after she dedicated her life to her family and loved being a stay-at-home mom. She was a devoted helpmate to her husband of 44 years, and showered her children and grandchildren with love and support. She was the perfect wife, mother, and grandmother. She was such a strong woman, very soft spoken and just full of joy and love. We will all miss her deeply, as she was the sweetest woman we've ever known, she was and is, truly an angel.

Betty was the proud mother of her 3 daughters, Jenny (Dan) Sharpe, Courtney (Randal) Adkins, and Beth (Dormayne) Carter. She leaves behind her 7 treasured grandchildren, Caitlin Jean, Carter, Cameron, Spencer, Corey, Kayla and K'mia, and her 2 great-grandchildren, Carson and Carley. She is also survived by her 2 brothers, Richard (Dewan) Cheatham, and Charles Cheatham, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sweet & loving husband of 44 years, John Ehrhardt, her dear & loving sister, Lynda (Ralph) Carpenter, her parents, Harry E. and Jean E. (May) Cheatham, Jr.

Per Betty's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial Services for Betty and John will be announced at a later date.

In Memory of our Mother -
You were a precious gift from God above, so much beauty, grace and love.
You touched our hearts in so many ways, your smile so bright even on the bad days.
You heard God and dad's whisper calling you home, you didn't want to go and leave us alone.
You loved us so much, you held on tight, till all the strength was gone and you could no longer fight.
So you gave your hand to God and slowly drifted away, knowing that with our love we will all be together again some day.

And just as we all said to Dad, this isn't goodbye, we will see you both later on xoxo.
