Beverly L. (Mears) Sharp-Dahlke, 83, formerly of Sandusky, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at the Community Care Center in Plant City, FL.
Beverly was born on February 24, 1933 in Sandusky, OH to the late Fred Mears and Verna Marie (Miller) Rinker.
Beverly was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church while in Sandusky, and Hope Lutheran Church in Plant City. Beverly enjoyed golfing, bowling, traveling, playing cards and spending time with her family and friends.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Frank E. Dahlke, whom she married on February 11, 1988. She is also survived by her daughters, Linda E. (Peter) Stouffer of Holly, MI and Jennifer S. Sharp of Columbus; sons, David A. (Annie) Sharp of Sandusky, Daniel D. (Donna) Sharp of Sandusky and Gary S. (Kelly) Sharp of Bay Village; 9 grandchildren, Vincent Lombardy, Laura Pascazio, Erica Sharp, Jessica, Andrew and Jack Stouffer, Kyle Sharp, Cameron Sharp and Cassidy Aumend; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marra K. (Jim) Stookey of Sandusky; brother, Wayne D. (Sharon) Mears of Palmer, AK; 6 step-children; 13 step-grandchildren; 6 step great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Beverly is preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Leroy Sharp in 1984 and her daughter, Karen Lynn Lombardy on March 23, 2008.
Friends may call on Saturday, January 7, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of memorial services at 11:00 am at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky with Rev. Merlin Jacobs officiating. Burial will be held in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
