Virginia M. Hahn

Virginia M. Hahn, 85, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018, in the Community at Parkvue, Sandusky, Ohio.

She was born to the late Morris and Lydia (Smith) Cawrse on October 16, 1932, and was a lifelong area resident.

Virginia was a member of the Collins United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir, she was also a member of the Farm Women's Club, OES Townsend, Townsend Firebells, and Heritage Society. Virginia worked as an RN for many years at Fisher Titus Medical Center, she enjoyed bird watching, gardening, being a housewife, and mother.

She is survived by her children, Robert W. (Rozetta) Hahn, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and Michael K. (Laura) Hahn, of Collins, Ohio, by his grandchildren, Bradley (Shannon) Hahn, Stephen Hahn (Joanna Ashton), Alex Hahn, and Ginger Hahn, and great grandson, Braxton Lebron.

She is also survived by her brothers Arthur (Marilyn) Cawrse, of Anacortes, Washington, and James (Caren) Cawrse, of Louisville, Ohio.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Hahn, in 2007, and by her siblings, Patricia Runkle, and George Cawrse.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. in Norwalk First United Methodist Church, 60 W. Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio 44857, Rev. Brian Oglesbee will officiate.
