Catherine Sue Santi, 61, Sandusky, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018, in Admiral's Pointe Nursing Home, Huron.
She was born on December 25, 1956 in Sandusky, and was a 1975 graduate of Sandusky High School.
Cathy loved playing piano, guitar, was a song writer, loving music. She loved art, drawing, and being creative, she wrote a book, drank water all day, loved to travel and spend time at the Jackson Street Pier.
She is survived by her best friend and soul mate, Forrest Shade, to whom she was with for 24 years; father, Vincent Santi, Sandusky; children, Christine Cruse, Milan, Julie Cruse, Seattle, WA, Thomas (Melodie) Cruse, Huron, Lisa Shade, and Stacey Shade, both of Sandusky; eight grandchildren; and brothers, Mike Santi, Berlin Heights, John (Rosalba) Santi, Savannah, GA, and Mark Santi, Sandusky.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Delores (Davidson) Santi.
Friends may call on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, from 4:30 P.M. until time of funeral services at 6:30 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
