Ruth H. Schlett, age 86, of Sandusky, died Friday night, October 7, 2011, in her residence following a brief illness.
She was born March 6, 1925, in Sandusky and graduated from Margaretta High School. She was a member of the Columbus Ave. Methodist Church, Sandusky.
She is survived by her son Dennis Schlett; two granddaughters Carey and Davette Schlett; three sisters Bonnie, Shirley, and Lois; and one brother Frank.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Robert Schlett; son Gregory Schlett; parents E. Darwin and Helen (Brennan) Graves; and sister Eileen.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at 10:00 AM in Sandhill Cemetery. Following the graveside service, friends and family are invited back to Columbus Ave. Methodist Church for a gathering.
