Larry E. Swain, 58, Sandusky, died on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 in Stein Hospice Care Center.
He was born on December 12, 1951 in Port Clinton, Ohio. He was a painter and operated his own automotive body shop. He enjoyed fishing.
Larry is survived by his wife, Tina (Sullivan) Swain, Sandusky; sons, Larry Swain, Jr., Sandusky and Chad Hatt, Port Clinton; stepsons, Chad (Pamela) Sullivan and Bruce Sullivan, both of Sandusky; six grandchildren; sister, Anna Brumfield, Castalia; and brother, Roy Swain, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Nellie (Beaver) Swain, Sr.; brothers, William Swain and Stanley Swain, Jr; sisters, Magdeline Olaker and one in infancy.
Friends may call on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron. Condolences may be shared at www.toftfh.com.
