Phillip H. Pulse, 58, Sandusky, died Wednesday, January 6, 2021, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
He was born in Sandusky, on December 29, 1962 to the late William H. and Barbara (Richey) Pulse.
He was employed by I.A.C, and was an avid Browns and Ohio State fan.
He is survived by his brothers, Ronald (Karen) Pulse and Gregory Pulse, both of Sandusky; very special cousins, Donnovan Johnson, James Johnson, Joyce Harper, and Debbie Allen; aunt, Marie Johnson, many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, William H. Hawkins, Elizabeth Pulse, Woody Richey and Albennie Richey.
Friends may call on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12 P.M. Noon in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
