Isaac Edmond "Eddie" Aldridge, III

Isaac Edmond "Eddie" Aldridge, III, 42, of Sandusky, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 27, 2021 at his home.

He was born in Strongsville, OH on April 27, 1979 to Isaac E. Aldridge, Jr. and Deborah (Dieckman) Porter.

Eddie graduated from Sandusky High School in 1997. He married Nicole (Morin) Aldridge on July 6, 2013, but the couple have been together for more than 20 years. He was an avid Browns fan, even during the worst of times, which is typically every year, and even though his wife is a Steelers fan. Eddie had a hilarious, oftentimes bordering on inappropriate, sense of humor. He was always the funniest person in the room, always making everyone laugh! Even when someone was in a bad mood, he could easily cheer them up. He lit up every room he walked into and was like a "breath of fresh air" to his mother. He also enjoyed watching his son play baseball, football, and wrestling. He, himself, played baseball and football from the time he was a little boy through high school. Eddie proudly worked for JBT as a welder for many years. He definitely loved his music, but his favorites were Pearl Jam and Queen. He did the perfect impersonation of Cartman from South Park. Eddie loved his family without end and will be deeply missed.

Eddie is survived by his wife, Nicole (Morin) Aldridge; son, his pride and joy, Isaac E. Aldridge, IV; parents, Isaac (Helen) Aldridge, Jr and Deborah (William) Porter, Sr.; sister and best friend, Kendra (Brian) Jacob; sister-in-law, Desiree (Mike Martin) Morin; brother-in-law, and handyman; Michael Morin; in-laws, Glenda and Desi Morin; nieces and nephews, Anna and Will Blevins, Aiden Morin-Janey, and Liyah Martin; and other siblings, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Isaac and Helena E. Aldridge, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Donald and Bonnie Dieckman; cousin, Jessica (Porter) Danicson; and great-niece, Isabella Blevins.

Friends and family may call on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 2-4 P.M. at Faith Church, 1320 E. Strub Rd., Sandusky. Funeral services will begin at 4 P.M. with Pastor Ken Hiser officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
