Deborah "Deb" Ellen Adams

Deborah "Deb" Ellen Adams, 72, of Sandusky, was called home to be with the Lord and her forever love, Bill Adams, late Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

She was born on March 3, 1950 to the late John and Donna (Tolliver) Grimes.

She was a Margaretta High School student and retired from Revere Plastics in 2013.

Over the years, she enjoyed camping, fishing, and tending to her flowers, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Her motto was, "Your children will keep you learning even when you think you know it all." She had a way of teaching without making you feel like you were learning.

She was a former member and president of Women's Recreational Pool League, playing from the Cove Inn at White's Landing.

Deb married her best friend, Billy Adams, on March 16, 1968.

She is survived by her son, Andy (Tori) Adams, of Bellevue; grandchildren, Zachary, Ethan (Shelby), and Savannah Adams; great-grandchildren, Braelynn, Journie, Hunter, and Serennity, and the family is expecting two more this year! She is also survived by her sister, Dixie (Don) Rexroth; brothers, Mike, James, and Kenny (Teresa) Grimes; brother-in-law, William Harpst; along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; sisters, Anita Moore and Bonnie Harpst; and brothers, Steve and Bill Grimes.

Visitation will be on Sunday, March 20 from 3-6 P.M. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will begin on Monday, March 21 at 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Rev. Ken Hiser will officiate and burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park.

Contributions may be made in Deb's name to Wounded Warrior Project or to Susan G. Komen (breast cancer).
