Virginia "Ginny" Ann (Cammalleri) Trueman

Virginia "Ginny" Ann (Cammalleri) Trueman, 73, residing in Monroeville, passed away Monday evening, April 25, 2022 at Stein Hospice Care Center following a lengthy illness.

Virginia was born on February 27, 1949 in Sandusky, OH to the late Angelo and Lucy (Sarrica) Cammalleri.

Virginia graduated from Sandusky High School in 1968. She retired in 2020 after 16 years of service from the IAC Corporation in Huron, formerly the Lear Factory. Virginia was a member at both St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Norwalk and Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sandusky. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, baking for everyone and spending time with her granddaughters. Her greatest joy in life was raising her children.

Virginia is survived by her children, Tess (Bart) Hustack of Loudonville, OH, Emily (Barton) Manley of Sandusky and John (Cory) Trueman of Norwalk; granddaughters, Laney and Aubrey; sister, Tina Gregory of Sandusky; brother, Joseph Cammalleri of Sandusky; sister-in-law, Kathy Cammalleri and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her brother, Anthony "Tony" Cammalleri Sr.

Private family services will be held at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Father Jacob George and Deacon Phil Dinovo will co-officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Sandusky.
