Joann M. Keller, 85, Sandusky, died Friday, May 27, 2022, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born in Sandusky on April 2, 1937 in Sandusky, to the late Louis and Josephine (Mancini) Magi.
She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School and was employed as a telephone operator for Ohio Bell and switch board operator for the former Providence Hospital.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, and loved traveling, boating, crocheting, knitting and cross stitch. Joann collected antiques and depression glass.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Richard Keller; daughter, Debbie (Timothy) Hicks, Montpelier, OH; son, Rodney Keller, Greenwich, OH; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Cynthia Keller in 2021; sister, Juliet Capizzi, and sister in infancy, Rose Marie Magi.
Friends may call on Friday, June 3, 2022, from 9:15 A.M. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Ave., Sandusky. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Joann's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
