Louis A. Stoltz

Louis A. Stoltz, 85, residing in Huron, passed away Tuesday evening, December 27, 2022, at Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky.

Louis was born on November 10, 1937, in Sandusky, OH, to the late Louis A. and Pearl (Constance) Stoltz.

Louis graduated from Norwalk High School as a member of the 1955 class. He had a strong work ethic and enjoyed staying busy. After graduating, Louis worked at Henkles & McCoy. Later, he would have a 38-year career at GTE in various locations, most recently in Norwalk as a service manager. In retirement, Louis was employed part-time at Sandusky Harbor Marina for 15 years. He was a past member of the Huron Rotary Club and a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Louis enjoyed sailing and was a member of the Sandusky Harbor Yacht Club.

Louis is survived by his loving wife, Betty (Reddick) Stoltz, whom he married on November 16, 1957; 2 daughters, Kathy Coleman of Sandusky and Karen (Rodger) Likes of Huron; 4 grandchildren, Kelley, Matthew, Alyssa, and Jordan; 1 great-granddaughter, Caroline, and brothers, Earl Stoltz of Texas and David (Karla) Stoltz of South Carolina.

In addition to his parents, Louis was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Stoltz.

A graveside service will be held at a later date. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral is honored to assist the family with arrangement.
