Patricia A. (Nickle) Dehn, 75, of Sandusky, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 at Stein Hospice Care Center after a long battle with cancer.
Patricia was born on March 5, 1947 in Sandusky to the late Theodore and Genevieve (Brengartner) Nickle.
She graduated from Sandusky High School in 1965. She was employed as a secretary at Sandusky City Schools and the former Good Samaritan Hospital. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and baking, walking, and her true passion: her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Richard, whom she married on July 2, 1966; daughter, Nichole Dehn; sons, Chadd (Jill) Dehn and Corey Dehn; 5 grandchildren, Trevor (Sarah), Chance, Haydn, Michael, and Nicholas; 2 great-grandchildren, Rylie and Link; siblings, Ron Nickle and Donna Corso; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Patricia is preceded in death by her siblings, Theodore Nickle, Jr. and Nancy Andres.
At her request, cremation will take place. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 25 from 2-4 P.M. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Memorial services will begin at 4 P.M. with Mel Sayler presiding. Burial will be at a later date in Oakland Cemetery.
