Charles H. Norris 91, Sandusky, died February 1, 2023 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
He was born on December 12, 1931 in Columbus Ohio.
A machinist by trade, he retired from Ford Motor Company. He was a Past Master of Science Lodge #50 F & AM and past Monarch of Singara Grotto, member of Havasu Chapter #61 OES, and the Eagles Eerie 444, Sandusky.
In 1965 he moved his 4 children to Sandusky and married Mary (Katie) Herriott. Her 5 children brought the family to 11.
He is survived by children, Deb Holley of Lake Havasu City, Steve (Kelly) Herriott of Castalia, Karen (Curtis)Great Bend, Kansas, and Paul Herriott of Sandusky, grandchildren, Ida Farr, David (Emily) Bishop, Jeff Bishop, Keith (Liz) Ellis, Ronday Norris, Miranda Norris, Brandy & Chris McCullogh, Paul Jr., Diana, Ashley, Chester, David, Joe & Scotty Herriott, Sabrina & Alicen Herriott, and Lisa Herriott. Charles is also survived by numerous great and great-great grandchildren, and his sisters, Wanda Stopher & Darlene Hambel.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary in 2004, son, Charles David in 1986, son, Richard in 1993, and daughter, Brenda in 2020.
Friends may call on Friday, February 17, 2023, from 4-6 P.M., in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001Columbus Ave., Sandusky. The Science Lodge #50 F. & A.M. will hold Masonic services at 6 P.M. in the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 11 A.M. in the funeral home, with Rev, Jerald Fenske officiating. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
