James M. Saas, 78, Port Clinton, passed away, Friday, July 7, 2023, at his residence.
He was born on April 24, 1945 in Port Clinton, OH.
James was employed as a nurse for the Elmwood Assisted Living in Fremont, and retired from the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky.
He loved to go bass fishing, bowling, and gambling.
He is survived by his children, Amy (Rick Hastic) Saas, Allison (Jeremy) Bullion, and Matt Saas; grandchildren, Shane Saas, Haliey Ehlers Cain, Austin Ehlers, Joey Saas, Cody Saas, and Kiarra Hastic; sisters, Linda Palazzo and Jacqueline (Gabe) Vaccaro.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John "Jake" and Emily (Kovac) Palazzo; and his daughter, Emily Saas.
