Madeline Skye Frausto

Madeline Skye Frausto, 25, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, was called to her heavenly home in the early hours of July 29, 2023, in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

Born on October 5, 1997, in Sandusky, to Susan Morris and David Frausto, Madeline's life was marked by her passionate commitment to her family, friends, and the nursing profession.

A proud graduate of Edison High School in 2016, Madeline excelled academically and socially. She was a member of the National Honor Society and participated in a range of activities including band, drama club, speech and debate, tennis, and choir. Her love for learning led her to the University of Akron, where she graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Madeline was currently furthering her studies at Kent State University, with a goal of becoming a nurse practitioner.

Madeline was a dedicated registered nurse at Akron Children's Hospital Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit. Her colleagues remember her as a passionate and kind individual who brought a friendly spirit to her work. Her commitment to her patients was unwavering, and her impact on their lives will not be forgotten.

Madeline lived her life with a spirit of kindness and generosity. She was passionate about her work, her studies, and her loved ones. Her friendly nature and warm heart made her a joy to be around. She was a beacon of light in the lives of those who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt.

Madeline is survived by her loving parents, Susan and Michael Morris, and David and Mary Ellen Frausto, her devoted sisters, Julia and Serena Frausto, and her cherished niece and nephew, Sally and Holden Beatty. She is also survived by her grandmothers, Hilda Parker and Margaret Morris, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Madeline's life was also enriched by her beloved pug, Qiyana Truffle. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Charles Parker, and her paternal grandparents, Elias and Victoria Frausto.

Friends may call 9:30 am on Friday, August 4, 2023 until time of Memorial Service at 10:30 am at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory Milan Chapel, 1 S. Main St., Milan with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Burial will take place in Milan Cemetery, Milan, OH.
