Melondy L. Wright, 61, of Reynoldsburg, OH, died Friday, September 1, 2023, at her home surrounded by those she deeply loved.
Melondy was born Sandusky, OH on August 4, 1962 to Robert J. and Rowene M. Pooch. On February 10, 1979 in Sandusky, OH, she married Dennis W. Wright.
Melondy loved going to Casinos and had the best of luck. Her passions included gardening, crafting, and celebrating holidays. Melondy loved more than anything to spend time with her family, especially her daughter and grandson.
Survivors include: Spouse: Dennis W. Wright; Daughter: Desiree' L. Miller; Grandson: Elijah J.
Miller; Step-daughters: Denise M. (Darrell) Gray, Tina L. Meade; Step-son: Tony W. (Tracy)
Wright; Grandchildren: Tim, Tyler, Anna; Sisters: Roberta J. Pooch Dunn, Michelle A. Harrison;
Brother: Robert J. Pooch; Sister-in-law: Janet (Dave) Bishop; Aunt Shirley Kosbab; and many
nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Infant Granddaughter: Chyree'
L. Miller; Sisters: Mary, Rondy; Father and Mother-in-law: Vance, Kathryn; Brother and Sister-in-law: Larry, Diane; and Nephew and Nieces: Andy, Olyvia, Amanda.
Friends may call on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave. Sandusky. Burial will follow in Castalia Cemetery.
