Michael Tyson Dawes, 47, of Fremont, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on September 5, 2023, in Fremont.
He was born on September 3, 1976, and was known to his loved ones as Mike.
Mike had a vibrant personality and a zest for life. He had a deep passion for fishing and cooking, and he took great joy in preparing delicious meals for his family and friends. As a devoted sports fan, Mike cheered on both Notre Dame and the Chicago Bears with unwavering loyalty. Above all, he cherished his loved ones and had a special bond with his family. Mike's presence touched the lives of many, and he will be remembered as a beloved brother to many.
He is survived by his mother, Colleen Rhinehart; his daughter, Meghan Hallock; his granddaughter, Anastasia; his grandson, Sebastian; and his sister, Patti Caudill Smith. He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Dawes.
A private service will be held on Sunday, September 17, at 6 PM to honor and remember Michael. This service will be attended by his family and close friends, who will gather to pay their final respects and celebrate his life.
