Juanita Mae (Stark) Hershiser, 87, residing in Castalia, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023 at home following a brief illness.
Juanita was born on August 26, 1936 in North Monroeville, OH to the late Victor and Cynthia (White) Stark Sr.
She enjoyed bird feeding, camping, playing cards, but she most enjoyed supporting her grandchildren and spending time with her family.
Juanita is survived by her husband, Roger Hershiser, whom she married on September 3, 1955. She is also survived by her daughter Dawn (Alan) Gast of Sandusky, sons, Dean (Lisa) Hershiser of Boliver, MO and Duane Hershiser of Castalia, ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Juanita is preceded in death by her brothers, Richard Behrendsen and Victor "Herb" Stark Jr.
Friends may call on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 from 11:00 am until time of Funeral Services at 12:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, OH.
